Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time temporary position with the potential to become permanent, working in our modern premises in West Perth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, including organizing travel and accommodation for project staff through a corporate travel agency, managing supplies and equipment, and maintaining tidy office areas.

Additionally, the Project Coordinator will assist in other administrative duties, such as supporting the Finance department, taking minutes of project meetings, and providing general administrative assistance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, take initiative and work within a diverse team, and have experience using Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Word.
