Join the dynamic team at Blaq Real Estate as a Commercial Leasing Agent. In this full-time role based in Wollongong, NSW ****, you will be responsible for driving the commercial leasing strategy and securing high-quality tenants for our growing property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Actively market and promote available commercial properties to potential tenants
Showcase properties to interested parties, negotiating leasing terms and contracts
Manage the end-to-end leasing process, from initial client engagement to lease execution
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with the property management team to maximise the value of our commercial properties
Provide regular performance reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of our leasing processes
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in commercial real estate leasing, with a minimum of 3–5 years' experience
Strong understanding of the local commercial property market and industry trends
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-driven approach to securing high-quality tenants
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Relevant tertiary qualifications in real estate or a related field
