About the Position
* Provide high-quality meal service including assisting with meal preparation, offering an excellent dining experience and supporting residents as needed
* Foster teamwork and maintain a collaborative spirit among colleagues
* Maintain safety protocols to protect yourself, your peers and residents while adhering to all policies and procedures
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to the elderly
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) – beneficial but not mandatory
* A solid understanding of food safety practices, kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
* Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with a diverse range of people
* The ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
* NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain
