About the role

The Training Alliance Administration Assistant is responsible for providing high quality customer service and day-to-day administrative coordination and support to the Training Alliance team to ensure the smooth running of programs.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

- Data entry of student information
- Student registration support and enquiries
- Working with our business systems: Student Management System and LMS
- Printing and preparation of learning materials
- Communication with facilitators and students re upcoming training
- Preparation of data for reporting purposes
- Ordering and auditing of supplies
- Setting up calendar invitations, room bookings and checking these regularly
- Preparing invoice requisitions, purchase orders and internal transfers for approval by Manager.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy in working with our student database and data entry
- Providing general administration assistance to support the efficient day-to-day operation of the team

About you:

- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Strong background in database use
- Exceptional customer service and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking direction from admin team members
- Good understanding of the rights of people with a disability
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook (PowerPoint desirable)
- Experience working within Moodle or another learning management system (LMS) (highly desirable)
