We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist to join our team as a Clinic Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the responsibilities of providing student placement and quality client care in a real-world clinical setting.

Our Clinics
We provide supervised student-led client care to the community. Real world experienced clinicians train students in quality healthcare, using advanced technology and current research evidence. Our clinics offer interdisciplinary clinical care including extensive outreach services, Indigenous healthcare, aged care services, school screenings, and other community initiatives and collaborative services with external partnerships.
What You Need To Succeed
* A Master's degree qualification with extensive relevant experience as a practicing Optometrist with current AHPRA registration.
* Effective leadership and management skills that drive teamwork, high performance, and excellence in service provision.
* The ability to collaborate, build and maintain relationships with staff and colleagues across all levels of the University and also with external stakeholders.
* Innovative and creative thinking in a healthcare setting.
* Experience in supervision and assessment of students in clinical placement settings.
