This role is hands‐on and supports our Research Lead, and our Commercial Insights Business Partner, helping deliver and maintain several established insight programs that support marketing, brand and product teams across the business.You'll take ownership of day‐to‐day running of key tracking and insight programs, partner closely with agencies and internal stakeholders, and ensure insights are delivered clearly, accurately and help guide key business decisions.This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their career to step into an ownership role, run established programs end‐to‐end with clear support and direction, and gain exposure across marketing, brand and product innovation in a large, fast‐paced organisation.**Key responsibilities*** **Ad & Brand Tracking** + Own the ongoing running and reporting of our advertising and brand tracking programs + Manage agency relationships, timelines and deliverables + Interpret results and translate findings into clear, practical insights for stakeholders* **Food Sensory & NPD Insights** + Support our internal food sensory program, including questionnaire design, programming and results analysis + Manage day‐to‐day insights support for our NPD program (e.g. gathering inputs from food teams, briefing agency, reviewing outputs, tracking retainer budgets) + Own small scale research projects end-to-end with our internal customer panel, including survey design, analysis, reporting and presentation of results* **Stakeholder & Program Support** + Work closely with marketing, food and product teams to understand business questions + Ensure insight programs run smoothly, on schedule and to agreed standards + Contribute to presentations, dashboards and written summaries for stakeholders**What we're looking for*** 3+ years' experience in an insights, research or analytics role (agency or client‐side)* Experience working with tracking studies (brand, advertising or similar) preferred* Exposure to survey design and quantitative analysis* Comfortable working with agencies and multiple internal stakeholders* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage recurring programs reliably* Clear communicator who can turn data into straightforward, actionable insights*At 7-Eleven our people are at the heart of everything we do.**We are committed to creating a workplace that fosters inclusion and celebrates diversity.We strive to make every single 7-Eleven team member feel heard, valued, and respected no matter who they are or what diverse characteristics reflect their unique identity.
