This can be a physical and emotional role in which you will always be required to handle with maturity and professionalism.
- Preparation of deceased pets ready for cremations and/or funeral services.
- Conducting private cremations on behalf of families, including loading the pet, removal of ashes from Chambers and Cremulation of pets ashes.
- Correct and safe operation of the crematorium and relevant equipment.
- Assisting Business Operations Manager with stock control and ad-hoc tasks.
- Conducting routine crematory maintenance.
- Ensuring high quality and correct memorabilia is organised for families.
- Inputting and updating accurate data into SRS software.
- Occasionally assist in greeting families for drop-offs at Passing Paws.
- Occasionally collect a pet directly from the owners' home.
- Occasionally deliver pet ashes to clients' homes.
- Occasional emergency weekend cover may be required.

We are looking for an exceptional and compassionate Crematory Operator who is committed and willing to 'go the extra mile for our families. You will play a pivotal role in the caring and aftercare for our client's deceased pets with the diversity to assist in all divisions of Passing Paws.
