The primary goal is to ensure the Test Manager successfully delivers new Workday HCM and Aurion Payroll solutions through thorough testing activities, playing a critical role in their implementation. This includes leading teams to identify test strategies, creating detailed test plans, conducting rigorous tests, documenting results, and collaborating with stakeholders for feedback.
