About the Role
As the Accounts & Administration Coordinator, you'll take ownership of day-to-day financial processes while also providing essential administrative support to the wider business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing accounts work with general office responsibilities in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounts payable and receivable using Xero (or similar accounting software)
* Process invoice payments and maintain accurate financial records
* Support payroll processing and weekly cashflow reporting
* Prepare and manage finance KPIs
* General office administration including filing, document preparation, and job file management
About You
* 3+ years' experience in accounts and administration roles
* Proficiency with Xero (or other accounting platforms)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and time management abilities
* A proactive, flexible team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
