What You Will Be Doing
To say this role is pivotal, is a little bit of an undersell You're at the heart of the Directorate and you'll be expected to know the who, what, where, why at any given time. You're able to connect the dots for the City but most importantly, you're able to connect people whether it's in your own Directorate or your fellow Executive Assistants, you're a very important bridge enables our people to in turn support our employees and our community.

Who We're Looking For
We're not kidding when we say we need a connector of people. This factor alone, for us, will largely determine what a lot of success looks like is this role. Let us explain; you're going to need to be able to pivot from high-level strategy support, stakeholder wrangling, project coordinating, diary wizardry and council reporting sometimes all in a day. To do this (and do it well consistently) you're going to need to be able to build and leverage relationships with everyone around you. We want you to bring your own energy and charm that will help bring people along with you
