About the role
The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Sustainability and Performance Manager and provides tactical support to West Moreton Hospital (WMH) infrastructure and assets project delivery.
About you
- Working knowledge of AS 4300-1995 General conditions of contract for design and construct.
- Commercial insight together with a high level of proficiency in the tactical procurement function of construction projects.
- Conversant with Queensland Government procurement policies and procedures.
- A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs and Q-Contracts / Open Windows to manage, correlate and present data in meaningful reports in a range of formats.
- A commitment to quality processes, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to these improvements in the work environment.
- The ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
