Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our GAZMAN team as the Marketing Coordinator based in our Support Office in Malvern East.
About the Role:
This position is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience, preferably in a retail marketing environment. If you have a passion for fashion and marketing, this is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to our brand's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive growth across Local Area Marketing and Social Media activities.
2. Liaise with Regional Managers on Local Area Marketing opportunities.
3. Coordinate with shopping centres for local opportunities and campaign updates.
4. Propose seasonal Local Area Marketing activities aligned with campaign strategy, budget, and opportunities.
5. Propose seasonal social media and influencer activities in line with campaign strategies.
6. Schedule and track social media performance.
7. Respond to customer queries and manage community engagement.
8. Maintain the Promotional Calendar and circulate updates.
9. Communicate catalogue details to staff, track, and report on deliverables.
10. Manage the Marketing Inbox.
11. Support the marketing team with additional activities.
You Will Have:
1. A marketing degree or related qualifications.
2. 1–2 years of experience in a similar retail marketing role.
3. An interest in menswear fashion is highly desirable.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
5. Effective communication skills with team members, suppliers, and agencies.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Word.
7. The ability to work under pressure, show resilience, and be flexible.
8. A detailed, organized, and self-starting approach to work.
9. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
