Night Duty Leadership Opportunity
As a Night Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel operation overnight. Your key focus areas will include ensuring a smooth, safe, and service-driven environment while supporting guest needs and unexpected situations.
You will play a pivotal role in preparing the hotel for a seamless handover each morning, which includes maintaining high standards of cleanliness and polish throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
* Primary Point of Contact Overnight - Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and handle guest requests with professionalism and warmth.
* Resolve Guest Concerns Effectively - Address and resolve guest concerns calmly and confidently to achieve positive outcomes.
* Oversee Nightly Operations - Direct nightly operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams.
* Property Walkthroughs - Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure safety, security, cleanliness, and brand standards are met.
* Emergency Response - Respond to emergency or security situations in line with established procedures.
* Night Audit Support - Assist with Night Audit tasks including daily reconciliations and report preparation.
* Review Logs and Reports - Review incident reports, logs, and handover notes for clear morning communication.
* Team Leadership - Lead, motivate, and guide the overnight team to deliver high service standards and prepare for morning operations.
