**About the position**
The HR Systems Analyst manages SAP Payroll data and HR records, generates reports for compliance, and collaborates to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency. The role also provides technical support, troubleshoots system issues, assists with data projects, and supports ongoing improvements.

**Targeted questions**
The HR Systems Analyst develops and generates both routine and ad hoc reports in the SAP environment, describe your experience working in SAP environment as it relates to the collection and audit of data as it relates to preparation of reports.
- The role will troubleshooting technical problems in the system, documenting solutions and system failure reports, describe a time where you provided comprehensive user support for HR systems issues, include your approach and how you managed system security and access controls. How did you balance immediate user needs with maintaining system integrity while working with IT teams or external contractors.
