Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
* Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
* Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
* Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
* Work collaboratively with other multidisciplinary team members
* Spend the majority of your day on the road, completing your scheduled community visits
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. You'll work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes.
Requirements:
* Full, unrestricted registration and unlimited work entitlements
* General nursing experience, post-registration
* Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
* A current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum)
* A roadworthy and insured vehicle to use for work
