* Experience as a Store Manager in a fashion retailer or customer service environment.

* Able to identify opportunities and roadblocks.
* Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on business.
* Able to make proactive decisions.
* Experience in team leadership, recruitment, and development.
* Visual merchandising and store standard experience.
