Employment Type: Parental Leave – Fixed Term Contract.
Roster: 3‐Week Rotating Roster. Week 1: Monday 12:00‐5:45, Tuesday 9:15‐5:45, Wednesday 8:30‐5:45, Thursday 9:30‐5:45, Friday 9:30‐5:45. Week 2: Tuesday 10:00‐5:45, Wednesday 9:00‐5:45, Thursday 10:00‐5:45, Friday 10:00‐5:45. Week 3: Tuesday 10:00‐5:45, Wednesday 10:00‐5:45, Thursday 10:00‐5:45, Friday 10:00‐5:45, Saturday 8:30‐5:30, Sunday 9:30‐5:30.
About the Role
As a Service Manager you will work closely with store management to develop leadership skills while running day‐to‐day operations of a dynamic store environment. This role is a stepping stone into a rewarding retail leadership career with unlimited growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide and support the team to connect with customers, educate them on products, and build genuine lasting relationships.
* Maintain visual merchandising and promotional displays to keep the store looking its best.
* Promote a culture of safety by upholding OH&S standards at all times.
* Manage key performance indicators including Safety, Sales, Loyalty, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Requirements
* Strong background in customer service, ideally in retail or hospitality.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Natural leadership qualities – able to motivate and inspire others.
* Confidence in fast‐paced environments and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Clear, effective communication and flair for engaging with customers and team members.
