Event Management Opportunities
We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in event management. This role involves providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
The event manager will be responsible for delivering seamless events, managing logistics, and collaborating with the team to ensure a successful outcome.
* Providing outstanding customer service to guests and clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
* Assisting with event setup and preparation, including arranging furniture, setting up audio visual equipment, and decorating spaces.
* Supporting catering operations by serving food and beverages, managing food stations, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Handling event logistics, such as greeting and directing guests, managing registration or check-in processes, and addressing any issues that arise during events.
* Working closely with event coordinators and other team members to ensure all aspects of the event are executed according to plan.
* Maintaining a high standard of presentation and professionalism, representing the organization in a positive and courteous manner.
* FOLLOWING health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures and emergency protocols.
Desirable Qualifications or Skills
* Previous experience in front-line customer service, hospitality, or event support roles is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
* Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, with the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
* Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
* A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on providing a high-quality guest experience.
* Basic understanding of health and safety standards, particularly in a food service environment.
