Major federal government organisation looking for an experienced Training Manager

**Your new role**
As a Training Manager, you will:
- Be part of the organizations Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP)
- Work with the implementation partners, Business Change Managers and other organisation and Program team members.
- Use your extensive experience to develop and deliver a sound training strategy for a multifaceted and interdependent transformational change.
- Ensure team members are ready and equipped for the change to do their job from day one.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Critically assess the training and knowledge transfer requirements for each impacted business unit/team.
- Hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels within an organisation, with service partners, and other third parties.
- Effective facilitation and influencing skills, active listening, and communication capability.
- Experience with working in a large organisation leading and delivering people-focused change programs through effective training strategies
