About the Role
Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill a critical position. This role serves as a liaison between Finance, ICT, and external suppliers.
Duties Include:
* Design, develop, and maintain financial reports.
* Provide first-line support for finance business systems.
* Proactively manage and optimize finance ICT systems.
* Administer and maintain the chart of accounts and business rules within the ERP system.
* Lead and deliver finance system improvement initiatives.
* Support and coordinate system integrations and upgrades.
* Manage user access, authorisations, and delegations across finance and reporting systems.
* Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver training sessions.
* Create and maintain a robust knowledge base.
* Ensure financial systems configuration and usage comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Essential Criteria, Skills and Experience:
* Strong experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
* Effective communication skills and ability to liaise between Finance, IT, and Senior Leaders.
* Strong experience developing financial reports in Power BI using SQL.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in both Finance and IT domains.
