AWH serves as the largest regional healthcare provider between Sydney and Melbourne, situated in the border cities of Albury and Wodonga. With a dedicated team of over 3,000 professionals, we proudly service a population of up to 300,000 across North-East Victoria and Southern NSW. Role Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, high quality customer service as a first point of contact including telephone, email, enquiries and personal contact with clients
- Extract reports from the Patient Administration System (PAS) as required and ensure records are collected from wards, in good order and ready for scanning
- Verify information documented within the medical record (personal information, health status, treatments, health expenses, insurance and other details) is accurate in the PAS and correct as necessary to ensure data integrity
- Perform all components of the medical record document scanning process including preparation, scanning, quality control, validation and approval to meet key performance indicators and work targets
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality customer service
- Experience with data entry and records management
- Attention to accuracy and data integrity in medical records and PAS
- Ability to perform document scanning processes and meet performance targets
