Job Description
* New Business Development: Generate leads, conduct cold calls, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
* Sales Execution: Prepare proposals, manage tenders, negotiate margins, and close new business.
* Territory Management: Be active across your area daily, starting in the field by 8:00 AM (South Brisbane).
* Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Dynamics) and forecasts.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sales Representative Should Have
* 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial, service-based, or operational environments.
* Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
* Confidence in cold calling and developing new territories.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building ability.
* CRM discipline and solid forecasting accuracy.
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
* A self‐starter mindset and strong accountability.
What's on Offer
* Base salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + super
* Uncapped commissions
* Car allowance: $18,000 per annum
