Location
Flexible with a preference for Canberra or Melbourne.
In this role you will
- Support acquisition, retention, and renewal marketing activities in partnership with the Senior Marketing Specialist.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver integrated, cross-channel campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
- Manage lead generation and awareness campaigns across digital and social media, ensuring consistent communication of membership benefits and products.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.
- Equip stakeholders with campaign resources and uphold brand guidelines across all channels.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, or related fields; paid social and acquisition campaign experience desirable.
- Skilled in delivering omnichannel lead generation campaigns that drive quality leads and conversions.
- Proficient in building emails using platforms such as Microsoft Customer Insights or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Robust data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills; results-focused, organised, and collaborative.
