IT Support Professional
We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our Helpdesk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues over the phone, as well as escalating where necessary.
The role involves working with a variety of technologies, including Microsoft Office 365, server management, VoIP phone systems, and network administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
* Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or external vendors when necessary
* Provide excellent customer service and communication skills at all times
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
