About You
* Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology (5th year- Masters Degree required for Psychology applicants)
* Registration with AHPRA, AASW or ASORC
* Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans

*The Role*
* Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances
* Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career
* Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
* Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good work
