Job Description:
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving value creation by identifying, planning, managing, and realising benefits across the organisation's projects and programs. This involves working closely with project managers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to develop insights and provide transparency on benefits realisation.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the senior enterprise portfolio analyst to design and refine benefits management processes, analysing portfolio data and fostering a culture of value-driven outcomes. They will also champion early risk identification and provide coaching to enhance benefits management practices across the organisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven Benefits Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in identifying, categorising, and measuring benefits within a project management environment, with a strong understanding of benefits realisation frameworks and reporting.
* Analytical & Reporting Skills: Proven ability to analyse project and program portfolio data, prepare insightful reports, and present findings to senior leaders, using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
* Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement: Highly developed communication and relationship building skills to influence stakeholders, foster commitment to benefits realisation, and provide coaching to project teams.
