**About the role**
**TAFE SA** is seeking a dynamic **Learning Designer** to lead the creation of innovative, student-centred, and technology-enhanced learning projects within the Centre of Excellence in Early Childhood Education and Care. This role is pivotal in shaping high-quality learning experiences for accredited and non-accredited programs, supporting the organisation's commitment to educational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver engaging learning content that meets the needs of students and aligns with industry standards.
- Provide expert advice on learning and assessment strategies, focusing on innovative digital approaches.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, including the Standards for RTOs 2015, copyright, and accessibility.
- Manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery of learning resources that align with organisational goals.
**Key Selection Criteria**:
- Significant experience in innovative learning design and the development of student-centred digital learning experiences and resources.
- Extensive experience in designing assessments and learning resources aligned with competency standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating responsibility, initiative, and sound judgment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of copyright legislation and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to develop digital learning content using a Moodle-based environment or similar learning management system.

**Special Conditions**
- Some out of hours work may be required.
- Intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
- Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
