What You'll Be Doing
* Raise and manage purchase orders
* Liaise with domestic & international suppliers on pricing, lead times & backorders
* Monitor stock forecasts and replenishment cycles
Inventory & Systems
* Manage stock levels and safety thresholds
* Maintain accurate ERP records
* Coordinate inbound freight and deliveries
* Assist with stocktakes and reconciliations
Logistics & Distribution
* Coordinate dispatch to hospitals and healthcare facilities
* Manage freight bookings and tracking
* Support EDI/ASN processes where required
* Ensure compliant storage and handling of regulated medical products
Compliance & Quality
* Work within ISO-aligned quality systems
* Maintain documentation for regulated medical devices
* Support audits and process improvements
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics
* Strong inventory management experience
* High attention to detail
* Confident communicator with suppliers and internal teams
* Strong Excel and systems capability
Highly Regarded:
* Experience in medical devices or healthcare supply
* Knowledge of regulated product environments
* Experience with customs clearance of GST and Duty free goods (ideally, knows Schedule 3 in GST Act and has some knowledge about Free Trade Agreements and Tariff Concession Orders).
* Experience with setting up automated Procurement Portal in the MYOB ERP system
* Warehouse or supply chain qualifications
