Support Specialist
A vital role in our organisation, the Support Specialist will collaborate with healthcare professionals to empower individuals with disabilities.
* Assist participants with therapy-based activities under close supervision of qualified therapists
* Support mobility, communication, and daily living skill development
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress reports
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, person-centred care
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or working towards it)
* Experience supporting people with disabilities (NDIS experience preferred)
* Strong communication skills and a respectful, empathetic approach
