Drive the expansion of our popular shuttle service! Join South West Healthcare as our second Shuttle Bus Driver, helping staff and volunteers get to work safely, support patient care, and keep our Warrnambool campus moving efficiently.
- Position: Shuttle Bus Driver
- Employment Type: Full Time, Fixed Term unit September 2026, with a monthly accrued day off
- Roster: Fortnightly rotating 6:30am-2:30pm & 8:30pm-10:30pm
- Location: Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Driver (over 1.25-3.00 tonnes)
- Salary: $57,002.40 per annum plus superannuation and applicable penalties
South West Healthcare is excited to be on the lookout for a second Shuttle Bus Driver to join our Warrnambool Campus team and help expand our popular shuttle service.
This role involves more than driving — you will be the friendly face helping staff and volunteers get to where they need to be safely and on time, playing a key role in starting someone’s day well and helping the community receive high-level care.
What you will bring
- A valid drivers license and experience driving vehicles over 1.25-3.00 tonnes.
- A genuine passion for driving and engaging with people.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with staff, volunteers, and visitors.
- A reliable and flexible approach to rostered hours.
- A proactive, friendly attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
