The Opportunity
Working as part of our installations team, you'll use your experience and skills in carpentry or joinery to install a variety of staircases in new builds across Adelaide and surrounding areas. Our stair components are delivered to site ready to install, and local manufacturing and operations support means help is just a call away.
What You'll Do:
* Install custom-designed timber staircases to specification and drawings.
* Read and interpret technical plans, site measurements, and instructions.
* Train and mentor apprentices.
* Maintain safe, clean, and organised worksites.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
* Participate in regular toolbox meetings.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in carpentry or joinery crafting and installation (2–3+ years).
* Qualified Carpenter (Certificate III + Apprenticeship).
* Strong eye for detail and craftsmanship.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* White Card + valid driver's license.
* Tools of the trade.
