We are now seeking a Planner and Operations Analyst to join our Network Presentation team and support the strategic and operational planning of maintenance and presentation activities across the network.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of planning, data, and operations.
As the Planner and Operations Analyst, you will support effective work planning, scheduling, performance tracking and analysis to ensure maintenance activities are efficiently planned, executed and monitored. You will work closely with engineering, operations, safety, procurement and contractors to improve productivity, optimise resources and drive data-led decision-making.
What you'll do
* Plan and schedule maintenance and presentation activities across the network
* Coordinate resources, contractors and materials to support efficient delivery
* Analyse maintenance data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
* Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g. schedule compliance, backlog, asset downtime)
* Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI and CMMS platforms (Maximo preferred)
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with safety and service standards
About you
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics or similar (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or operations analysis
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI
* Working knowledge of CMMS systems (Maximo highly regarded)
* Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in rail, infrastructure or facilities maintenance is desirable
* Valid driver's licence
