The Opportunity
As a Pivotal Member Of Our Team, You Will
Work with our Business Unit Tender Leads to support and manage the entire bid process, from opportunity identification to submission, ensuring completeness, compliance, accuracy, and competitiveness.
Craft compelling bid proposals, translating complex service delivery and operational information into persuasive customer value propositions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather insights and data, ensuring bids are reflective of our collective strengths and capabilities.
Utilize our enterprise bid management system Loopio to streamline processes, maintain bid libraries, and ensure timely responses with completed drafts produced leaving sufficient time for peer and management review.
Conduct post-bid evaluations to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Assist with compelling tenders from $500k/pa to $5M/pa.

Over 5 years in bids and tenders, with a strong focus on bid writing.
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
A knack for leveraging technology to improve efficiency, governance and quality.
Collaborative mindset, with a proven track record of working effectively in team settings.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and improvements.
