About the role
Work in close collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, both of whom are known for their exceptional leadership and vision. Your overall responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of internal processes while fostering clear, effective communication both within the organisation and with external stakeholders. This role combines administrative expertise, project coordination, and strategic communication to strengthen team capability, boost engagement, and elevate brand presence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support the day to day operations of the business including facilities, administration and executive assistance
* Lead internal communications, including newsletters, intranet updates, team events and internal messaging, ensuring alignment with company values
* Manage external communications such as capability statements, website updates and social media content
* Oversee onboarding, offboarding and internal training programs to enhance learning and team capability
* Coordinate cross-functional internal projects from planning through to delivery, with responsibility for timelines, reporting, and collaboration
* Manage and maintain budgets for communications, office administration and learning and development initiatives
*Skills, Experience and Qualities:*
* You have previous experience in thriving in a commercially focused, fast moving environment
* You are skilled in project coordination, administration, and end-to-end communications delivery
* Confident working with website CMS platforms and a range of digital tools Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
* A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
