The day to day
* Deliver evidence-based community care through programs like Rehab at Home andHospital in the Home
* Implement active exercise-based approaches for post-surgery orthopaedic, oncology and general medical
* Collaborate closely with our team for optimal patient outcomes
* Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor
