This is not your typical recruitment roleits heavily focused on administration applicant screening and providing business-critical support. Youll play a behind-the-scenes role in keeping our operations moving nationally especially during peak periods or internal staffing gaps.

Your new role:
TheNational Hub Support Teamis central to HCAs operations and workforce delivery across Australia. Youll be jumping in where needed to :
Provideadministrative support and candidate screeningfor recruitment and allocation teams
Ensure compliance and credentialing is complete and accurate
Support internal business teams during staff absences or busy periods
Help coordinate workforce logistics and operational tasks
Contribute to national projects within the Workforce Services Division
This is a f ast-paced hands-on roleideal for someone with a passion for admin excellent attention to detail and the ability to work at speed while juggling multiple priorities.
Lets talk about you
As a Recruitment Officer youll have proven recruitment experience strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple client and candidate needs while delivering excellent results.
Strongadministration or resourcingexperience (preferably in recruitment or healthcare)
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Confident navigating systems databases and digital tools
Quick learner who can pick up processes and tech easily
Clear communicator and proactive team player
Recruitment and / or Allocations expertise ideally you have experience in one or both
Adaptable & flexible ready to support different business units and states as needed
Great communicator & team player building strong relationships is key.
