Industrial Decontamination Services Pty Ltd is a world leader in the laundering, decontamination and refurbishment of personal protective equipment and apparel using our unique decontamination processes. Our business is expanding rapidly with a number of new sites under construction nationally and interest from international clients for our process.
The successful applicant will work as part of our Rockingham factory team and will receipt client product, operate laundry machinery, fold, inspect, pack and hang garments and other PPE and PPC.
This is a part time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. On occasion you may be asked to work extra hours including overtime and potential weekend work, based on the factory workload. The role provides good prospects for long-term permanent employment for the successful candidate. A competitive wage structure with advancement opportunities exist as the business continues to grow.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, successful applicant will be able to demonstrate or achieve:
* Competent use of computers (data entry)
* Be physically fit and healthy
* Be able to pass drug and alcohol testing
* Have or be able to get a police check
Beneficial qualifications and experience include a current first aid certificate, sewing experience and experience in a commercial laundry. Training will be provided.
