About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Workplace Relations Consultant. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping workplace culture and resolving complex employment matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert guidance on workplace relations matters, including employment law, enterprise agreements, and policy interpretation.
* Lead complex case management, including disciplinary matters, workplace investigations, and dispute resolution.
* Support organisational change processes, managing industrial impacts, and leading consultation with stakeholders.
* Develop and implement policies, strategies, and training programs to promote best workplace practices.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Law, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations, or equivalent industry experience.
* Strong expertise in workplace and industrial relations, including the interpretation of employment legislation and enterprise agreements.
* Proven ability to manage complex staff matters, balancing risk and organisational objectives.
* Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
