We're looking for aCreator Talent Managerto join our growing team at ICON Management.
Based in the Melbourne office, this role is ideal for someone who's worked in influencer marketing, campaign management, or talent representation and is ready to take the next step into talent leadership and creator growth.
You'll work hands‑on with creators across all social media platforms, helping them refine their content, connect with brands, and build sustainable careers in the creator economy.
This role is perfect for someone who has a strong understanding of the creator economy, the needs of advertisers and brands and is passionate about strategically building creator brands.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in influencer campaign execution.
* Confidence in rate negotiation and campaign budget management.
* A great eye for creator content, with the ability to offer guidance and creative feedback.
* Proficiency across Instagram, TikTok, Meta Edits, LinkedIn, and Outlook.
* Experience using campaign platforms such as Fabulate or Hypetap.
* A genuine passion for discovering up‑and‑coming creators.
* Experience in talent scouting or onboarding creators for campaigns.
* A collaborative, proactive team player attitude who's ready to give anything a go.
* A strong network in Melbourne (PR agencies, brands, and influencers).

You're a creative connector who understands what makes great content perform. You love discovering new voices, matching the right creator to the right brand, and helping talent thrive in an ever‑evolving industry. You're organised, positive, and know how to balance creativity with commercial thinking.
