Job Role
We are seeking a Building Surveyor/Certifier to undertake various building projects in Sydney, Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized projects and supporting the delivery of larger projects under the mentorship of experienced project managers.
Main Responsibilities
* Independently deliver small scale projects while working collaboratively as part of a team.
* Develop strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
* Maintain high levels of technical ability and attention to detail consistent with the role.
* Effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years experience in a related field such as construction management or engineering.
* Registration in Construction Management or Engineering Degree, or postgraduate studies in Building Surveying.
