We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our team in Sydney, Australia.
This role will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of customer accounts, developing and executing strategies for comprehensive account planning. The successful candidate will work closely with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists to help customers drive innovation with AI.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* 7+ years of experience selling and renewing platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service solutions
* Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies
* Ability to support the growth of high-performance companies
* Strong communication skills to communicate technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze key account metrics to create reports and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders
* Partner with cross-functional teams to support the recruitment and onboarding of other team members
* Monitor industry trends to inform product roadmaps and corporate strategies
