About the role
Busselton Dental Clinic is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Assistant/Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a casual position, offering a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a agile, patient-focused environment.
What you'll be doing
• Providing exceptional patient care and customer service at the front desk
• Assisting dentists and dental hygienists during patient procedures
• Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
• Ordering and maintaining dental supplies
• Handling insurance claims and other administrative tasks
What we're looking for
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar front office role is highly desirable
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients
• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sterilisation
• Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including weekends
