Role Description
We're looking for an E-commerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day running and optimisation of our Shopify website and Amazon channels, working closely with our marketing, creative, and operations teams.
This is a full-time in office role, based in Bondi Junction, Sydney, NSW.
You'll support the management of PATRICKS' e-commerce ecosystem, helping keep the engine running smoothly while learning how performance, conversion, and customer experience are driven in a high-growth, premium brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
DTC Website (Shopify)
Support day-to-day management of the PATRICKS Shopify store
Assist with product uploads, merchandising, collections, bundles, and promotions
Support PDP updates, UX improvements, and CRO initiatives
QA site updates, launches, and campaigns
Work alongside internal teams and external e-commerce agency partners
Amazon (AU, UK, US)
Support Amazon Seller Central across key marketplaces
Assist with listing optimisation (SEO, imagery, A+ content, compliance)
Help monitor stock, pricing, promotions, and buy box health
Coordinate with agencies on PPC and operational tasks
Track performance and flag issues or opportunities
Email & CRM (Klaviyo – Highly Regarded)
Support reporting and optimisation of email and SMS performance
Help track campaign performance, flows, and key metrics
Work with the wider team on insights and continuous improvement
Performance & Reporting
Assist with weekly reporting across Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo and Kickbite
Monitor core metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and retention
Surface issues, learnings, and optimisation opportunities
Support launches and peak trading periods
Social & Digital Commerce (Nice to Have)
Understand how paid social and content connect to e-commerce outcomes
Support alignment between ads, messaging, PDPs, and checkout
Appreciation for brand, creative quality, and consistency
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone motivated, organised, and keen to learn. You'll likely bring:
1–3 years' experience in e-commerce, DTC, or digital roles
Hands-on experience with Shopify (required)
Exposure to Amazon Seller Central (required)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn systems and processes
Comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance reporting
A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to take on more responsibility
Interest in premium, design-led consumer brands
Bonus:
exposure to email, paid media, or social content execution.
