In this interesting role, you will be an integral part of their professional and vibrant WorkCover team, primarily supporting a Partner & Lawyers handling a range of duties including: preparing and typing legal documents and associated correspondence; preparing subpoenas and arranging service; preparing briefs for hearings; liaising with clients, barristers, principals, interpreters and solicitors diary management, arranging appointments and coordinating meetings email and file management, including opening & closing files and archiving entering timesheets, billing and expenses other tasks as required Skills and experience we'd love To be considered, you will have a minimum of 4 years WorkCover/Insurance Legal Secretarial experience. polished legal secretarial and administrative skills advanced word processing abilities strong attention to detail a flexible attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative team the ability to work under pressure Enjoy a rewarding role and become a pivotal member of this great team within a dynamic organisation.
