**Multidisciplinary Administration Assistant**
**Full Time - Ararat**
Across Australia Just Better Care provides in-home aged care and disability support services, supporting people**to live independently**.** Since our inception, we have been empowering our customers by putting individual preferences and support needs at the centre of our approach. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multidisciplinary Administration Assistant for our, soon to be opened, Ararat office.
The Multidisciplinary Administration Assistant position is key in ensuring we provide safe and quality service and support to our customers and our people, in line with our values. The Multidisciplinary Administration Assistant will work closely with the Customer Service & Supports team and our People & Culture Coordinator located in our Horsham office.
**Essential**:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders in particular, people living with a disability and our ageing community.
- Excellent knowledge of the NDIS and aged care Support at home programs
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills - ability to work effectively, efficiently and accurately and prioritise workloads
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Sound computer and excellent data entry skills.
- A current driver's licence.
**Desirable**:
- Previous knowledge and experience working in a multidisciplinary role
- Previous experience in Community Care, Disability and/or Aged Care
