**DESCRIPTION**
**You will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Working internally with the whole service team including workshop, Field and PowerGen
+ Organise Parts on Service work orders
+ Assist with parts enquiries
+ Allocate freight onto service work orders
+ Monitor parts and service back orders
+ Assist team with part availability and freight costs/quotes
+ External supplier purchase orders
+ Monitoring service core
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Have previous parts experience in an automotive environment is highly regarded
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Be highly computer literate
+ Extremely organised with a high level of attention to detail
+ Mechanical knowledge/background is highly regarded
+ Local Valid Drivers License

**QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Full Time / 38 hours per week
+ Mon – Fri 07:54-16:00
+ Competitive Hourly Rate
+ Overtime as required – Penalty rates paid for all work above 38 hours
+ Rostered on call and Saturdays
