Description
You will make an impact in the following ways:
* Working internally with the whole service team including workshop, Field and PowerGen
* Organise Parts on Service work orders
* Assist with parts enquiries
* Allocate freight onto service work orders
* Monitor parts and service back orders
* Assist team with part availability and freight costs/quotes
* External supplier purchase orders
* Monitoring service core
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Have previous parts experience in an automotive environment is highly regarded
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Be highly computer literate
* Extremely organised with a high level of attention to detail
* Mechanical knowledge/background is highly regarded
* Local Valid Drivers License

* Mon – Fri 07:54-16:00
* Competitive Hourly Rate
* Overtime as required – Penalty rates paid for all work above 38 hours
* Rostered on call and Saturdays
