We are seeking a personable, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to manage the Aspen Lifestyle Meadowbrooke. As the Village Manager you will be responsible for the operation of the property, developing and maintaining strong relationships with residents and other key stakeholders, while driving Aspen's strategic vision for the community.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a capable, organised and commercially minded Village Manager to manage Meadowbrooke Lifestyle Estate, our growing over-55s land lease community in Boyanup, WA.
This is a full-time, site-based role with accountability for the overall performance of the estate.
The position requires balanced management across:
* Operational compliance and maintenance systems
* Financial oversight and cost control
* Home sales and occupancy performance
* Resident engagement and community management
You will work closely with the WA Operations Manager, WA Development Manager and Aspen Head Office to ensure the estate performs strongly both commercially and operationally.

Meadowbrooke Lifestyle Estate is a growing over-55s community located in Boyanup, WA, offering modern, energy-efficient homes within a relaxed, community-focused setting.
With continued growth and future development planned, this role presents a genuine opportunity to manage a growing asset while contributing to its long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day property operations and compliance
* Implement and monitor preventative and reactive maintenance programs
* Coordinate contractors and ensure high presentation standards
* Monitor budgets, expenses and asset performance
* Manage resident communications, onboarding and issue resolution
* Ensure WHS, fire and statutory compliance requirements are met
* Coordinate approved CAPEX works on site
* Manage home sales enquiries, inspections and contract processes
About You
You are practical, structured and confident managing a broad portfolio of responsibilities. You understand that strong operational systems support strong commercial outcomes.
You will ideally have:
* Experience in property, facilities or village management
* Strong organisational and time management capability
* Financial awareness and budget monitoring experience
* Confidence managing contractors and service providers
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Current WA driver's licence
Experience within lifestyle villages, retirement living or land lease communities will be highly regarded.
Employment & Remuneration
* Full-time position
* Competitive base salary (depending on experience)
* Attractive commission structure on home sales within the estate
* Opportunity to participate in Aspen's Performance Rights Scheme (short-term and long-term incentives)
This role offers genuine earning potential with the ability to earn significant income in home sale commissions in addition to base salary.
