**Key Responsibilities**
- Utilise intermediate to advanced computer skills to efficiently manage and process data.
- Perform invoicing and accounts-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Conduct accurate and timely data entry.
- Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, document management, and office organisation.
- Show initiative as a team player while also working independently with mínimal direction.
- Adhere to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols.
- Contribute to process improvement and a positive working environment.
- Meet reporting deadlines and maintain timeliness.
- Understand and act on KPI reporting to drive performance improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Proven experience in invoicing and accounts-related duties.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
**Desirable**
- Experience with Salesforce and Xero.
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance-related role.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
