The Opportunity
Based at our Hobart depot, we are seeking an experienced Truck Drivers / Heavy Vehicle Drivers for Full Time work performing essential services throughout the region. This is a physically demanding position, requiring regular exiting of the vehicle to manoeuvre bins and complete collections safely.
As a Rear Lift Operator you will be responsible for:
Operate a rear lift truck in accordance with company and road safety regulationsResponsible for mainly rear lift collection vehicleDelivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities.Ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionMaintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out
About You
An unrestricted HR Licence with a minimum 12mths experienceClean Driving recordA professional presentation and manner with strong customer service ethicGood team attitude, reliable and willing to learn.A strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to work as part of a team.Waste industry experience is not essential.
