They have a project portfolio that consists of their own retail and residential developments, as well as projects in multiple sectors operating as a Principal Contractor in the Tier 2 market.
The Role
Our client is looking for a new Contract Administrator to join their commercial construction team at their office on the Sunshine Coast.
You will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team. You will be responsible for procurement of trades, cost reporting, processing progress claims and variations for both sub‑contractors and upstream to the client. You will support with Design and Program as required and form a key part of the project leadership team. You will attend Design and PCG Meetings.
About you
You will have a Bachelor in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar with at least 5 years experience working as a CA for a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Principal Contractor. You will have experience working on a broad range of projects up to $100m in value.
You will be a humble team player, demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and commercial acumen. You will be proficient with JobPac/Cheops, Procore, Hammertech and ProcurePro.
